Natacha is an ingenious and compassionate therapist, business owner, speaker, wife, and mother. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, trauma, anxiety, stress management, and perinatal mental health.
Adjusting to parenthood, excelling in your career, thriving in your relationship, and making time for your friendships can be difficult to navigate alone. As a mother of 3, she also knows the effects sleep deprivation can have on a parent's mental and emotional health. As a result, she decided to receive training to learn how to support parents who are overwhelmed and in need of more sleep. Natacha is trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and sleep consulting through Center for Pediatric Sleep Management.
Natacha's journey in the mental health field began in 2009 when she received her B.A. in Behavioral Healthcare from USF and a M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy from NSU. She has over 10 years of experience as a Psychotherapist. She also enjoys providing education and speaking on different platforms about topics surrounding mental health and stress management.
She also provides consultation to businesses and agencies seeking assistance with creating a more inclusive and positive workplace environment as well as stress reduction.
On her down time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, quick getaways for self care, and dancing.
