Natacha

Natacha is a dedicated mom of three, licensed psychotherapist, entrepreneur, author, and qualified supervisor for post-graduate interns in the state of Florida. Her journey in the mental health field began in 2009 when she earned her B.A. in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida, followed by an M.S. in Marriage & Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. With over a decade of experience as a psychotherapist, Natacha is passionate about helping individuals and families heal and thrive.

Her personal experiences with pregnancy loss and birth trauma ignited her passion for maternal mental health. In response, she pursued specialized training in trauma-focused modalities and maternal mental health to better support women navigating similar challenges. She is committed to providing compassionate care, education, and advocacy in this vital area.

Beyond therapy, Natacha offers consultation services to businesses and agencies, helping them foster inclusive, supportive workplace environments and implement stress reduction strategies. She also enjoys speaking on various platforms about mental health, women's wellness, and burnout prevention.

In her downtime, Natacha cherishes quality moments with her loved ones and indulges in quick self-care getaways to recharge and reconnect.
